Information you share

When you use our enquiry form, contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, or arrange a journey, we may receive your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group details, trip preferences, accommodation preferences, and medical, mobility, dietary or allergy information you choose to provide. If you share another traveler’s information, please have their permission.

How and why we use information

We use this information to answer enquiries, design and price itineraries, manage bookings, communicate before and during travel, provide assistance, keep essential accounting and business records, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations.

Enquiry delivery and travel suppliers

FormSubmit delivers website enquiry forms to our email inbox. When needed to prepare or perform a requested journey, we may share only relevant information with hotels, riads, drivers, guides, desert camps, activity providers and other suppliers involved in the service.

Payments

If you choose bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or another agreed payment method, the provider processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy terms. We use payment information only as needed to confirm, reconcile and record the booking.

Website analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is optional and does not load unless you consent to Analytics cookies. It helps us understand pages viewed, general traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate area and website interactions. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. Technical information and security

Hosting and security services may process an IP address, browser and device details, requested page, and date and time to deliver and protect the website. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

International service providers

Some technology, payment or travel providers may process information outside Morocco or your country of residence. We limit information to what is reasonably necessary for the service.

How long we keep information

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, bookings, accounting, legal obligations and dispute handling. Retention varies according to the information and whether a booking is confirmed. Analytics data follows the retention settings of our Google Analytics property.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Children and family travel

This website is not directed to children. A parent or guardian may provide limited information needed to arrange family travel. Please do not submit a child’s information unless you are authorized to do so.
