Information you choose to share
When you use our enquiry form, contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, or arrange a journey with us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, preferred travel dates, number of travellers, travel interests, accessibility or dietary needs, accommodation preferences and other details you include in your message.
Please share only the information needed for us to understand and arrange your trip. If you provide information about another traveller, please make sure you have their permission.
Website and analytics information
Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device, requested page, date and time to operate and protect the website.
Google Analytics and HubSpot website tracking are optional. They are activated only if you select “Accept optional cookies” in our consent notice. Google Analytics helps us understand pages viewed, general traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate geographic area and website interactions. HubSpot helps us connect permitted website interactions with our customer relationship management system. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled. You may continue without optional tracking or change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
When you submit an enquiry, we may store the contact and journey details you provide in HubSpot CRM so we can respond, prepare an itinerary and manage follow-up. This use supports your request and does not require you to accept optional website tracking cookies. We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis or consent.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, record and manage enquiries in our CRM, design and price requested itineraries, arrange confirmed travel services, communicate before and during a journey, maintain business and accounting records, improve the website, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
Depending on the situation, processing is based on your request or our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the business, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent. You can withdraw optional analytics and HubSpot website-tracking consent at any time.
Who may receive information
When necessary for an enquiry or confirmed journey, limited information may be shared with trusted drivers, licensed guides, accommodation providers, activity providers and other travel suppliers involved in delivering your requested services.
We also use service providers for website hosting, email, security and analytics. These include SiteGround for hosting, HubSpot for CRM and enquiry management, and Google Analytics and HubSpot website analytics after consent. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or another external platform, that provider processes information under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some technology or travel providers may process information outside Morocco or your country of residence. We limit information to what is necessary and use providers and safeguards appropriate to the service.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry and travel information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, deliver services, maintain essential business or accounting records, resolve disputes and comply with law. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information and whether a booking is confirmed. Analytics information follows the retention controls applied to our Google Analytics property. CRM records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to manage enquiries, bookings, follow-up and essential business records.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or change your optional cookie preferences at any time. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for a legitimate business purpose.

Children and family travel
Our website is not directed to children. A parent or guardian may provide limited information necessary to arrange family travel. Please do not submit information about a child unless you are authorised to do so.
